These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and soya4d governing your access to and use of the platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use soya4d. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all deposits returned.
Each individual may hold only one active soya4d account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate termination, and any associated bonus winnings will be forfeited without recourse.
All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets are processed promptly. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC).
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements, validity periods, and minimum odds restrictions as specified in the individual promotion terms. Abuse of bonuses results in forfeiture.
The use of automated betting software, arbitrage systems, or any strategy designed to exploit technical errors is strictly prohibited. soya4d reserves the right to void bets placed under such circumstances.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which soya4d is licensed. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration. soya4d's decisions on wagering disputes are final absent manifest error.

To access soya4d's services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing maintenance of your Account:
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, a valid email address, and your preferred local bank account details (for withdrawal purposes). soya4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. soya4d employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated balances may be forfeited and all accounts closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any bet placed, deposit made, or withdrawal requested using your credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify soya4d immediately at [email protected].
All soya4d Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits, withdrawals, and account balances are displayed and processed in Rupiah. soya4d does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
soya4d is required to verify the identity of its Members as a condition of its operating licence and as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention. The following KYC provisions apply:
KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request. soya4d may also require KYC at any point during your membership if account activity triggers an internal review, or upon reaching cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds as determined by soya4d's compliance procedures.
soya4d aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During peak periods, reviews may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is approved. soya4d will notify you by email once verification is complete.
If you are unable to provide satisfactory KYC documentation, or if documents provided are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent with your registration information, soya4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, return deposited funds to the original payment source (where technically possible), and report the matter to relevant authorities.
soya4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard. soya4d reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with or without prior notice.
Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your soya4d Account within 1–5 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the banking network. Digital wallet deposits are generally credited within seconds. soya4d is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit facilities, or borrowed funds are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be refunded and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be requested after successful KYC verification (see Clause 4). Funds subject to active wagering requirements from a Bonus are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been met in full.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, or to a bank account registered in the Member's verified name. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or unverified e-wallets are not permitted under any circumstances.
soya4d aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 3 business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. soya4d will communicate any material delays to the Member by email.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits and daily limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary based on your account verification tier and payment method.
soya4d does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee for standard requests. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside soya4d's control and are the Member's sole responsibility.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by soya4d are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, as well as these general bonus conditions. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is specified for each promotion. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to certain low-margin table games and togel lottery draws — may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements, as detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
All bonuses carry an expiry date from the point of issuance. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are displayed in the Promotions section of your Account and in the applicable promotion terms.
soya4d actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit from a bonus (arbitrage), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, depositing solely to meet KYC requirements without genuine gaming intent, and exploiting technical errors in the Platform. Where bonus abuse is identified, soya4d reserves the right to void all bonus winnings, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus funds, and permanently close the Account.
soya4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Members will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions via the Platform or email where reasonably practicable.
All bets are subject to acceptance by soya4d. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. soya4d reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason, including bets from Members whose wagering patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Where odds change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is processed, the Platform will display the updated odds and prompt you to accept or decline. soya4d is not liable for losses arising from accepted odds that were displayed in error, subject to the manifest error provisions of Clause 11.
For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more selections are voided (e.g., due to match abandonment), the parlay is recalculated using the remaining valid selections. Minimum and maximum selection counts for mix parlay bets are specified on the relevant betting interface.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time by soya4d's trading team, without prior notice, in response to significant match events, data feed interruptions, or internal risk management requirements. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
In the event a sporting fixture is abandoned before the standard completion criteria are met, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules applicable to that market. Fixtures postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours will generally stand; those postponed beyond 48 hours will be voided.
All casino games — including live dealer tables, slot titles, and instant-win products — are governed by their individual game rules as provided by the relevant game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others). Game results are generated by certified random number generation (RNG) technology. soya4d does not alter game outcomes in any way.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the soya4d Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the soya4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of soya4d or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any soya4d content without the prior written consent of soya4d. Unauthorised commercial use of soya4d's intellectual property will result in immediate legal action.
soya4d makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and events beyond soya4d's reasonable control (including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, and cyberattacks) may cause temporary service interruptions. soya4d is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, provided that soya4d takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.
Where a bet is accepted at odds or a payout is calculated at a rate that is clearly and demonstrably erroneous — due to a pricing feed error, software malfunction, or human input mistake — soya4d reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. A "manifest error" is one that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, soya4d's total liability to any Member arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
soya4d is not liable for the actions, omissions, or failures of third-party service providers, including payment processors (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), game studios, or data feed providers. Any issues with third-party services should be directed to that provider in the first instance.
You may close your soya4d Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
soya4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. soya4d will notify the Member by email at least 30 days before applying dormant account status. A monthly dormant account administration fee of Rp 25.000 may be deducted from the Account balance until it reaches zero or the Member reactivates the Account by logging in. Reactivation is immediate upon login.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Governing Jurisdiction in which soya4d holds its international operating licence. The application of any conflicting national law of Indonesia — to the extent such application would render any provision of these Terms unenforceable — is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the Governing Jurisdiction's law.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Member's use of the Platform, or any bet or transaction, the following process applies:
